Macro Inspection

Macro Zoom Video Inspection Systems by Scienscope and Phase 1- A macro video inspection system is specifically designed for large field of view applications. Designed into the lens set is an adjustable Iris and close-up lens to vary magnification, field of view, and working distance. Upgrade with a video capture card or USB digital camera for easy image capturing. The systems include a special "close-up" lens to work from 5.5" - 11" or working distance; remove the close-up lens and it works from 11" to infinity. Up to 61.9X magnifications at 5.5" or working distance on a 14" monitor. A 224mm X 298mm field of view at 48" working distance allows you to inspect or capture images of large samples.


Micro Inspection

Micro Zoom Video Inspection System by Scienscope and Phase 1 - A Micro Zoom Lens, is specifically designed for high magnification and high resolution applications. Modular design allows you to interchange couplers and auxiliary lenses to vary magnification, field of view, and working distance. All systems may be upgraded for easy image capturing by adding a video capture card or switching to a USB Digital camera. The main body has a 0.7 to 4.5 objective range and is accompanied by a full line of video couplers and auxiliary lenses in order to provide a total system magnification of up to 1080X. .


Motorized Systems

The Viewpoint Hands Free Motorized Zoom System is a unique video / optical inspection system which offers high resolution digital imaging and the ability to articulate its arm in any desired position. With a working distance of up to 6" and a foot switch to quickly and easily increase Zoom Magnification from 4x to 180x, the Viewpoint allows easy operation for optical inspection and re-work of electrical components; great for quality control.


Video Microscopes

Video Microscope Systems by Scienscope and Phase 1 - A video microscope gives operators the best of both worlds in terms of clarity and flexibility on the shop floor or QC Lab. A stereo zoom microscope provides a clear and crisp 3D image but can cause operator eye and neck fatigue with continuous use. A trinocular port allows a high resolution camera to be connected to a video monitor or computer which provides microscope viewing and analysis to be performed on-screen.

Used extensively by the Forensic and Crime lab community, a system like this can provide over 10 megapixel image capture and secure storage on the shop floor. Delicate or expensive parts can be tracked by time, date, inspector, and project to guarantee compliance with ISO and CFR Part 11 requirements.
